SHIPPING & Returns
Pine & Wool Home pillow covers are individually made-to-order and in most cases, unless otherwise noted, our lead time is 1-3 weeks. If you need your pillow cover(s) by a certain date please contact us at theresa@pineandwoolhome.com, prior to ordering, regarding Rush Service. Custom and Special order pillows may take longer - this is noted in the item description.
At this time we only ship to the US, Canada, and Australia.
SHIPPING IN THE USA
U.S. pillow cover orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the size of the package (smaller packages are usually sent via USPS and larger ones via UPS).
Once your pillow cover order has been made (usually within 1-3 weeks) and shipped, it will be delivered within approximately 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking information as soon as your order is on it's way to you.
SHIPPING TO CANADA & Australia
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been shipped and is on its way to you. Delivery time of international shipments vary by country of destination. Please note that most of the transit time is due to items being held in the receiving country's customs and we cannot be held responsible for the amount of time that a package is held. Customs import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
If a package is sent back to us because you refused it, it will be treated as a return. This means that a 25% restocking fee will apply and shipping costs will not be refunded. You may contact us with any questions or concerns.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted on home décor, tableware, and jewelry up to 7 days from the date of purchase on full priced items in unused condition with tags for exchange only. Customer must have electronic receipt and original price tags. No returns/exchanges on pillow covers and vintage items. Final sale on all sale/discounted items.
All returns must be approved by Pine & Wool Home. If you need to ship your return, email us at theresa@pineandwoolhome.com or call/text at ((360) 903-9047 so I may approve your return. All shipped returns must be postmarked within 7 days of purchase/delivery date. I recommend shipping with a trackable service and insurance for the full amount of the merchandise being returned as we are not responsible for any damages, loss of goods, or delays once an item leaves our care. If a package is marked delivered through the delivery service, but cannot be located, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing said item. We do not refund original or return shipping costs, postage will only be covered if the return is a result of our error or damaged goods. We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise being returned does not meet our requirements.
Pillow Cover Cancellations
Pillow cover cancellations can be made within 12 hours after placing the order without incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 13 and 48 hours after placing the order will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the product total. The fee is in place because all my pillows are custom cut and made for each customer. If you cancel, I may likely have already used my supplies and resources to start work on your specific pillow cover(s). No cancellations can be made after 48 hours or once the order has shipped, whichever is sooner.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives and is damaged, please contact me immediately so I can work with you to repair or replace the item. No claims can be made after 72 hours of package arrival.
It is important to keep in mind that some fabrics have certain natural characteristics and "flaws" that should not be considered as defects. Linen fabrics may have occasional barres, loops and slubs, which are due to the nature of linen fibers and the rustic surroundings of the weaving process. Printed fabrics may show insignificant misprints and random flecks. Hand-woven and hand-dyed textiles may have irregularities inherent to the techniques used in its making and the natural fibers.
Repairs
Repairs are offered on pillow covers that suffer from manufacture defects within 12 months of purchase, free of charge. Repairs due to customer wear or damage are charged a repair fee plus shipping (exact amount will vary depending on damage.

We highly recommend purchasing a $5 Fabric Swatch before you place your order if you are uncertain about what would look best in your home. You will receive $5 credit to put toward the cost of the pillow cover you select.
