Vintage Italian Stone Fruit
Lovely Italian stone alabaster marble fruit sold individually. These pieces have nice worn patina, some wear to the marble, or a couple are missing the wood stem, but they have pretty natural subtle variations in color. Display in glass jars, in bowls, on counters, tables, etc. They are almost realistic in size and are heavy.
Banana #1: 5 1/2" long, some paint loss, weighs 10 oz.
Banana #2: 5" long, paint loss on "stem", weight 8 oz SOLD
Pear #1: 4", minimal paint loss, stem missing but "blossom end intact, weight 15 oz. SOLD
Pear #2: 3-1/2" tall; with stem 4" tall; stem intact but blossom end empty, weight 10 oz SOLD
