Refund policy

We want you to love your Pine & Wool Home pieces. Please review the following guidelines for returns, cancellations, and repairs.

 

General Returns

Accepted on home décor, tableware, and jewelry within 7 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and accompanied by an electronic receipt.

Not eligible for return/exchange: pillow covers, vintage items, and final sale/discounted items.

Returns are for exchange only (no refunds).

All returns must be approved by Pine & Wool Home.

Contact us at theresa@pineandwoolhome.com or call/text (360) 903-9047 for approval. Shipped returns must be postmarked within 7 days of purchase/delivery.

We recommend shipping returns with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damaged goods.

Eligible Items

Home décor, tableware, and jewelry (pillow covers, vintage, and final sale items are non-returnable)

 

Pillow Cover Cancellations

Within 12 hours: No fee.

13–48 hours after ordering: 10% cancellation fee (covers supplies already used).

After 48 hours or once shipped: No cancellations allowed.

 

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately.

Claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery.

Please note: natural fabric characteristics (linen barres, loops, slubs, misprints, flecks, or irregularities in handwoven/hand-dyed textiles) are not considered defects.

 

Repairs

Pillow covers with manufacturing defects: free repair within 12 months of purchase.

Customer-caused damage: repair fee + shipping (cost varies).

 

Exchanges

Accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to begin the process.

 

Fabric Swatches

We recommend purchasing a $5 fabric swatch before ordering if you are unsure. You’ll receive a $5 credit toward your pillow cover purchase.
