General Provisions

This website is owned and operated by Pine & Wool Home, Ridgefield, WA. By using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Users must be at least 16 years old. Use of this website is at your own risk.

Purchases and Payments

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sezzle, Klarna, Afterpay, and more.
  • You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method at checkout.
  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
  • Taxes and shipping fees apply where required.
  • Recurring charges (if applicable) continue until you cancel.

Cancellations

  • Pillow covers: cancel within 12 hours for free.
  • 13–48 hours: 10% cancellation fee.
  • No cancellations after 48 hours or once shipped.

Backorders & Sold-Out Products

If we cannot fulfill an item, we’ll notify you. You may accept the new date or receive a refund/store credit.

Shipping & International Orders

  • U.S. orders: ship in 1–3 weeks, delivered within 2–5 business days once shipped.
  • Canada & Australia: delivery times vary; customs/import fees are buyer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for customs delays.
  • Shipping speed cannot be changed once an order is placed.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at theresa@pineandwoolhome.com within 72 hours. Some natural fabric characteristics (linen slubs, barres, flecks, handwoven irregularities) are not considered defects.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Pillow Covers: store credit or exchange only (within 10 days of delivery). Refunds not offered.
  • Bags, Wallets, Jewelry, Leather Accessories: return/exchange within 7 days in original condition/packaging.
  • Final Sale Items: customized, personalized, vintage, flash sale, discounted, or one-of-a-kind.

You must request approval before returning an item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Repairs

  • Manufacturing defects on pillow covers: free repair within 12 months.
  • Customer-caused damage: repair fee + shipping.

Intellectual Property

All content, images, and designs are property of Pine & Wool Home. You may not use or claim them as your own without permission.

Disclaimers & Limitations

  • All products are sold “as is” with no warranties.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Website content is provided for informational purposes only.

Dispute Resolution

If issues cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation, you agree to attempt mediation or alternative dispute resolution before pursuing legal action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.
