Shipping policy

Pine & Wool Home pillow covers are individually made-to-order. In most cases, unless otherwise noted, our lead time is 1–3 weeks.

If you need your pillow cover(s) by a certain date, please contact us at theresa@pineandwoolhome.com prior to ordering to inquire about Rush Service. Custom and special-order pillows may take longer—this will be noted in the item description.

Currently, we only ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

 

Shipping Within the USA

Orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on package size.

Once made (usually within 1–3 weeks), orders are delivered within approximately 2–5 business days.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Shipping to Canada & Australia

You will receive an email notification once your order ships.

Delivery time varies by country. Most delays are due to customs holds, which are outside our control.

Customs/import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

If a package is refused and returned, it will be treated as a return and subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
